We sincerely apologize for the technical issues that have been affecting our website, and in turn, the ability to log into our games. Last night, there was an unexpected issue with our hosting servers, and we have had our technicians working all night to resolve the issue. We have made much progress, and we assure you that their diligent work should resolve this issue soon. In the meantime, please bear with us during this downtime. The login servers for Fiesta and Secret of the Solstice will be coming up soon. If you have any further issues please feel free to contact us through support@outspark.com.

You want a shiny cool weapon like everyone else, right? But you don’t know how to do it? Here is a quick guide on how to get it. Enhancing a weapon is simply upgrading it by adding extra damage, and adding a cool looking effect to it. But enhancing doesn’t just stop there, it can also be done to armor to increase the defense they give, but they won’t have any extra appearance effects.

Basics

Items For Enhancing

Items Needed For a Weapon/Armor Enhancing

A Weapon/Armor

Elrue/Lix/Xir

About The Stones

Elrue/Lix/Xir are items that are used to upgrade weapons and armors.

Most usable items have tiers. Tiers are item classes, and you must use a Elrue/Lix/Xir that is the same tier as the item you want to refine.

Elrue upgrades from +1 to ~+3, Lix from +4 to +6 and Xir from +7 to +9.

Aside from different tiers of items, the Elrue/Lix/Xir all have different types, which are Normal(green), Blessed(purple) and Lucky(blue). The different types affect different things. Lucky raises by +2 instead of +1 by a small chance, blessed decreases chance of breaking. Normal does what it’s supposed to.

[edit]

How To Get Elrue/Lix/Xir

Stone Alchemy(Production Skill)

Monster Drops

Mining

Quest Rewards

Kingdom Quest Rewards

Treasure Chest

If you choose to make your own stones with the Stone Production Skill, first press “K” and go to the Alchemy tab. Learn Stone Production (-NOTE- You can only learn 2/5). Then go to the skill lady in any town. Learn the Stone Recipe Skills. Right click the item and learn the recipe. Now press “K” and drag the stone production skill to the skill try and/or right click it.

Now you’ll open up a window with Elrue in the list. If you see Tier 1 all in green you did it correctly so far. Now click the Elrue (The first one that appears) start making them if you can. If you cannot go kill some monsters that drop the item(s) that you need. Now you have some Elrue stones.

[edit]

How To Enhance

To enhance something you must go to a Weapons Smith. After you find one, talk to him and click the “Refine Weapon” button. Another window will open with many boxes inside it. The center box is for the weapon or armor you wish to refine. The other 8 boxes around it are for the Elrue/Lix/Xir to go in.

The process of enhancing is simple, and requires nothing more then luck. You pick one of the 8 boxes for the Elrue/Lix/Xir and drag and drop it in. If you have more than one Elrue, you may need to separate one into a separate pile of its own. To do so, hold the “Left Shift” key and click on the Elrue, and set “Item Allocation” to “1″, press OK, and click in an empty inventory square. Alternatively, you can simply allow the default number generated in the “Item Allocation” box, press OK, and click in an empty inventory space and achieve the same results.

After you have one Elrue ready, click the button in the lower left area of the refine window to start the process. The enhancing is successful if the spinning star lands on the box opposite of where you placed your Elrue/Lix/Xir. If it was successful then it will gain +1. If it doesn’t land there, then 1 of 3 things will happen. Your item will remain the same, your item will decrease a level of enhancement, or your item may be destroyed. This is the basics of enhancing. If you click the button and your item disappears, it has been destroyed. Some say the more you break the more luck you have on the enhancing skills. [Unconfirmed]

Suggestion: At levels under 20, you should only enchant your weapons and armor to +3 (3 Elrues) as you will advance to level 20 quickly. Also, you should only risk enchanting your equipment if you have enough money for a replacement piece. If you don’t, you may find yourself without anything to wear! If you do break your item and have no more money to buy a new one, use your old weapon. You should not sell your old weapons until you are sure you don’t need it.

The lower 3 boxes (They Are Red,Blue,Gold) Are used to place red eyes or blue eyes (red eyes decreases chance of fail rate by 50%, perfect red eyes decreases rate by 100%, blue eyes are the same but only decrease downgrade rate). Red and Blue Eyes are purchased in fiesta store. (Before you go crazy about red eyes, Failure means Breakage. It can still can fail or downgrade) Then if you use a perfect red eyes and a perfect blue eyes in the same time you can only fail or success. The gold spot is unknown at the time. <- From BrightKingdom, gold increases chance of success by some small percentage like 15%.

Fiesta Online is a full 3D cartoon fantasy MMORPG based on brilliant and dynamic cartoon style graphic images. The biggest characteristic of the game is that it can appeal to the users of various age groups and in many countries with the cartoon style graphics.

Concerning the graphics, it applies the cartoon mapping method to create exquisite balance between the fantasy and the real world through the characters with shorter proportions and real-life like backgrounds that are differentiated from existing realistic or SD style games.

Also, Fiesta Online is filled with a number of game content on the basis of basic elements of MMORPG including fighting, leveling, and the battle along with the straight forward interface and simple operation, to allow everyone to have fun. The game’s biggest charm is that users can form various and powerful community through the Kingdom Quest, Master and Pupil System, Guild Growing System, and the Mini House, which is a private space inside the game. Additionally, the Weapon Titling, which gives unique title to the weapon with options when a character hunts a certain number of a specific monster using a specific weapon, Pet System, and various mini games have built up the exclusive characteristic of Fiesta Online’s game system

Newbie Leveling GuideTalk to Element Helper Remi and read her instructions

When you first enter the game in Roumen, Helper Remi is waiting to assist you as you first begin your journey through Fiesta. Talk to her and listen to what she has to say. Her Tutorial Quest will help you learn the basics of playing Fiesta. Follow her instructions carefully and soon you will be ready to begin your adventure.

Check the Information Signs

All around Isya, Information Signs are posted for you. Mouse over them with your pointer until a chat bubble icon appears on your screen. Click on them and read what they have to say. They are useful means of information as you venture forth through the lands of Isya.

Accept and load up on Quests

As a young adventurer, you constantly have to prove yourself to the people of Isya. You also may want to get on their good sides, so as to gain new knowledge, acquire new skills, and make new friends. Sometimes helping out can get you some great rewards, and the experience is always great. As you level up, more and more quests become available to you, and the rewards increase as well.

On the upper right hand part of your screen, to the left of you mini-map, a Quest Notice icon will appear when there is an available quest for you. Clicking on the icon will tell you where you need to go to find your next task.

If you explore around town, you will see some NPC’s with a glowing, floating, egg above their heads. The Quest egg means that they have a quest waiting for you. If the egg is cracked, that means that you have already accepted a quest from that NPC and it is in progress. If the egg hatches, congratulations you have completed that quest.

If you look at the town map by pressing the shortcut key ‘m’, or click on the icon at your bottom right hand corner, you will notice that the location of each NPC is noted. If the NPC’s has a green exclamation point near its name, then they have a quest waiting. If the exclamation point is half green, half yellow then it is in progress. Once you have completed your given quest, the exclamation point disappears. Be sure to consult your map, for new quests.

Your Quest log is accessible by pressing the shortcut key ‘l’, or click on the icon at the bottom right hand corner of your screen. There you will see all the quests you have accepted, and you can track your progress as some quests do require multiple tasks.

Load up on as many quests as they come available to you. Some quests may require you to perform the same tasks, or hunt in the same map, or area. Some quests are repeatable and the rewards can be very helpful as you play. Look at the rewards, and prioritize the quests that can help you the most. Form parties with other players who have similar quests. By helping each other, you can complete certain tasks in a minimal amount of time.

Talk to NPC’s

The non-player characters in Fiesta are the primary storytellers, and quest givers of the game. Look to them for information and tasks. Each also has a primary function to assist you on your adventure. Explore, and talk to NPC’s to see what they have to offer you. Familiarize yourself with their locations, so you’ll have an easy time getting what you need in the future. An NPC can sometimes be your best friend.

Equip your items

To access your inventory press the ‘I’ key or click the Inventory icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Your inventory is where all the items you pick up are stored. It is also the screen where u can equip the items you wish to use. To equip an item, simply right click on its icon. To unequip your item, right click on the item again.

HP & SP Stones

Characters come equipped with a specific amount of HP & SP Stones. These stones can be used by a player to heal their characters and restore spirit points. The stones cool down time is independent of potions and they can be replenished from any town healer for a specific amount of in-game currency. The amount of stones you can carry at any one time increase as you level and can further be increased when special items are purchased from the Fiesta Store.

Starting HP & SP Stones per Class

Warrior 15 HP 7 SP
Cleric 14 HP 10 SP
Archer 13 HP 10 SP
Mage 11 HP 15 SP

The short key for using an HP stone is the ‘E’ key, and for using an SP stone the ‘Q’ key. By default the action buttons for these are placed in the 1 and 2 slot of your Quick Slot bar, but u have the ability to change these buttons to fit you style of play.

Rest

When your HP and SP are too low to continue playing and you don’t want to use up your potions, or stones you can simply just put your character in rest mode to regenerate your HP and SP. Rest mode can be activated by pressing the ‘Home’ key. Your character will then enter his mini house, which is shaped like a mushroom and rest. As you gain experience and begin to level, you can purchase and use better houses that will regenerate HP and SP faster. Also there will be a lot more functions and accessories for your mini house. Some of these things can be purchased in game or from our Fiesta Store.

Level Up

When you kill monsters or complete certain quests your character gains experience. After gaining a certain amount of experience your character will level up. As you level you earn stat points to distribute, skill empowerment points, and access to level restricted scrolls, and areas. A character earns 1 stat point per level, and 1 skill empowerment point per level.

Chat

The chat window is located above the Quick Slot bar in the bottom left hand corner of you screen. To type a message, simply press the enter key to toggle the chat window, type in your message and press the enter key again. To toggle the chat window off, again press the enter key.

In Fiesta there are more options for chatting with other players. To shout a message in public begin your message with /s. To privately message another player, begin your message with /w to whisper them. To chat within your party begin your message with /p and to chat within your guild, begin your message with /g.

Storage

Each town has a warehouse NPC called the Storage Keeper. By speaking to them you can access your personal storage space, where you can store any items that you pick up as you play. It’s a good place to store gathered items, created items, and high-level items you want to save for later. This storage space is the same for all your characters, so you can store items there for your other characters to use. You can also deposit your in-game currency there for all your players to use. While the storage window is open, simply left-click on items in your inventory to store them.

Have Fun & Enjoy Fiesta

Make friends, party up, and have fun in the adventurous world of Fiesta.

Game Basics Guide

Partying

Fiesta allows players to party in groups of five. This allows players to help each other level or successfully complete hard maps or dungeons, or defeat strong enemies. In a party, players can use skill or spells that benefit each other and experience gained from defeating enemies is divided amongst the members of the party. To party another player simply target them and right click on their icon when it appears on the top portion of the screen. Once you have right clicked a drop down menu will appear. You can then send a party invitation to target player. If he accepts then a party is formed and his character icon will appear on the left side of your screen.

Otherwise you can buy skill scrolls from other skill masters and class trainers all around Isya. You can also purchase your production skill scrolls from skill masters. New skills include Active skills which u can perform against an enemy or passive skills that become inherent to your character. Production skills include herbology, mining, and alchemy and recipes can be purchased from skill masters. Some skills may require a class upgrade.

Status Icons

Status icons located below your Character Status bar inform you of the current status your character is in. These icons show both negative and friendly affects, from poison and disease, to buffs and blessings. By simply mousing over the icon it will show you the status information and its duration.

Quick Slot Window

-Shows you what attacks/skills and emotions you are able to use while playing Fiesta. Your character can be able to perform other moves, the quick slot bar just lets you know what moves your character is able to perform in the public at the current moment. Each slot (box) holds one icon. The icon represents a certain command that your character can be able to perform. The slot number that an icon is in is your hotkey to that specific icon. For instance, if one of your character’s magic attacks is in slot 3, then you are able to click on an opposing enemy and press 3. This will allow your character to perform that magic attack.

Ok, I feel like I’m confusing you so I’ll make it easier to understand. Your character can only perform the moves that you put into the quick slot bar. If you want your character to do certain moves, then you should drag and drop the icons into the quick slot bar. Then you will be able to use that move’s hotkey to attack an opponent.

-Also, right above the Quick Slot Window is the chat room box. Use the arrows to scroll. Click the lock to either enable the chat room stay in place or move around the screen. The button below the arrows will allow you to drag the chat room box around the screen. The Chat Room box allows you to chat with the public, your current party, and your friends (in a private chat). Just hover over the chat room box and the tabs will appear to let you do this. Have fun!

Window Icons

-The Character Info button shows you an in-depth summary of your character that includes your character’s registered name title and stats.

-The Fiesta Store button allows you to purchase extra items which will aid you in playing Fiesta. More details on this as the game goes on.

-The Inventory button shows you what your character is currently carrying in their backpack. Backpack items include potions, scrolls, and weapons.

-The Skill Info button shows you what kinds of skills your character is able to do at their current level. You can be able to get more skills by leveling up your character or buying skill scrolls.

-The Quest Log button shows you what quests your character has completed and not completed.

-The Community button allows you to see how many friends you currently have, how many players you have in your party, how many players you have in your guild, and so on. Basically, you can be in multiple “groups” and the Community feature enables you to see who is in which group with you so you know who to talk with while playing Fiesta.

-The Action button shows you what certain emotions your character can be able to do. All you have to do is drag and drop the action icons into the quick slot bar in order to use them.

-The Mini House button is simple. It allows you to see the kind of mini house your character is currently living in and if your character meets the requirements (high level, certain quests completed, etc.), then you will be able to change what your character’s mini house looks like….which means you’ll be able to make your mini house look better than everyone else’s. Doesn’t that sound cool?

-The System Info button gives you the game’s main menu where you will be able to adjust the game’s settings (graphics display, sound settings, keyboard controls), exit to the server screen, and logout.

-Right above these buttons is a scrollable box. It’s the same as the chat room box but this box is more important. It tells you what’s going on in the game. If your character levels up, gains important stats, gets items, completes a quest, or if the game manager makes an in-game announcement, the box will give you a message.

When you attack certain NPCs, you ought to know what their current health status is. Left click an NPC (anything that looks like a monster or a non-player-character) and you will see it’s status. The red bar indicates it’s health. The blue bar is yet to be explained but from previous observances, I can say that the blue bar represents the NPCs spirit points (if the NPC uses any magic on you)

Logging into Fiesta

Now that you have an Outspark ID, and have already downloaded and installed the Client, you can begin playing.

Simply double-click on the Outspark Launcher icon on your desktop, and a window will appear. Enter your Outspark ID and your password, then click on the “Play” button to start Fiesta. Once the game loads, the World Selection Screen will appear.

Selecting your World

Fiesta is separated into realms called “worlds” (or “servers”). Your character lives in the specific world you choose, and cannot be played on any others. (Choose carefully!)

Currently, Fiesta only offers its players non-Player-versus-Player worlds, meaning you will not be able to attack other players except in special circumstances. (”Player-versus-player” is also known in short as PvP.) Right now, PvP will only be allowed during events. However, we will be setting up PvP worlds in the future.

Once you have selected your world, click “Join” and a character selection screen will appear.

Click on the “create” button on the next screen in order to begin creating your character. You can then specify your character’s class, name, and appearance.

Get in touch with friends and find out what servers they play or would like to play in–this will ensure you can all play together. Also check out the forums to get a glimpse of what that specific world’s community has to offer.

We do not offer Character Transfers at this time.

Choosing your Character

The world of Isya is protected by four character classes. Each character is equipped with different skills for different roles in battle. Select the character that bests suits the role you wish to play in Fiesta. Below are some details on the available classes:

Warrior

The loyal Warrior is a master of melee weapons and a fine example of great strength and lasting endurance. Warriors are always ready to take on any enemy, and to prevail with fearless tactics.

The warrior is the powerhouse and mainstay of any party, taunting enemies and drawing attacks as fellow adventurers support her. With the slash of a sword, or the swing of an axe, all that can be heard in the presence of a skilled Warrior is the enemy’s cries for mercy.

Warriors can equip a 1-handed sword and shield, or a 2-handed sword or axe. They can only wear armor specific to their class and class level. The warrior’s main attributes are strength and endurance.

Cleric

Healer and protector, divine priest, holy avenger… At the mere utterance of a word, the Cleric commands power over life and death.

He may aide his fellow adventurers with the holy power of light, or smite enemies with righteous wrath. The Cleric can also bless himself and his party with enhancement spells that shield them or increase their damage. These powers make clerics essential to any group.

Clerics can equip a hammer or mace along with a shield, and can only wear armor specific to class and class level. The Cleric’s main attribute is intelligence.

Archer

Archers are masters of ranged tactics. Employing deadly aim and endless cunning, the Archer can fiercely attack enemies, or trap and confuse them. Archers aid their parties with an assortment of skills, calling upon the forces of nature to protect allies.

A tactical part of any group, providing long ranged, high-powered damage and strategic support, Archers are indispensible to any victorious party.

Archers can equip bows and crossbows, and can wear armor specific to their class or class level. The Archer’s main attributes are dexterity and spirit.

Mage

Beware this skillful wielder of magic. The mage, master of the elements, defeats enemies using incantation.

Mages are one with magic, breathing its arcane power and molding it to do their bidding. Frail and weak in body, these deadly spellcasters instead focus on honing their intellects.

This class is usually responsible for the majority of damage–if they last that long. Mages have one survival strategy: get them before they get you.

Mages can equip a staff or a wand. They can only wear armor specific to class and class level. Their main attribute is intelligence.

***

Once you have chosen your character class, you must specify his or her gender and appearance. These aspects have no impact on the game–they are merely your preference.

Choose your character name wisely because you will not be able to change it, and it will be your name as you enter Fiesta. Once you have chosen this name and you are completely satisfied with your character creation, click “Create” and you will return to the character selection screen.

Select your character and click on the Enter button to start playing.

Note: Please use common sense when choosing your character’s name. Any use of profanity, racism, or otherwise offensive content may result in disciplinary action by our Game Masters, up to and including account suspension or termination.

Congratulations! You have completed creating your character. Welcome to Fiesta!
